![]() Musk has complained about scams, spam and bots on Twitter for years. In a legal filing, Musk accused Twitter of including statements in its SEC disclosures that “were far from true.” Through his corporate law firm Skadden-Arps, Musk said the social media company is “miscounting the number of false and spam accounts on its platform” to give a rosy picture to investors. Here’s a rundown of the latest developments based on new, and some previously confidential, filings to the court from both parties: Numbers ‘far from true’ But then, with the market tanking and Twitter’s share price going down, Musk started badmouthing Twitter in public in a clear effort to get out of the deal. Twitter was initially opposed to the deal, and sought another route, but eventually came to an agreement to sell to Musk for around $54.20 per share. After first agreeing to join Twitter’s board, he reversed course and instead offered to buy the company or sell his holdings. Ask yourself whether you think that if you would've play Homeworld 1 for the first time today, whether or not you'd feel different about Homeworld. They know that the things that worked in 1999 will not work today, and I for one am glad that they do. Keep in mind that many members of BBI are the former developers of Homeworld 1, the very people who brought the franchise to live which we all love, and have spend to decades witnessing the evolution of videogame and sci-fi. You can't do the same thing that worked before for over two decades. But, I want you to remember that the very first release was over 20 years ago, and Homeworld 3 was never intended to be a second Homeworld 1, but something new. I do understand why you feel like Homeworld is not what it used to be because it isn't. Now, I wasn't there at the original release of Homeworld 1 in 1999, I played the remastered versions + HW:DoK and later HW:Emergence, so I don't have the same nostalgic feelings towards Homeworld like someone who played the very first one over 20 years ago. ![]() Most common arguments are, that Homeworld 3's artstyle lost too much of the original and went more HW:DoK than it should.
